Comfort Suites Plano - Dallas North

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, the location felt very safe, and the atmosphere throughout the property was great. The room itself was comfortable, but I did notice it was a bit semi-dirty in a few areas (dusty near the bed and AC), and the deadbolt didn’t fully lock. Since the hotel feels extremely secure, it wasn’t a major issue, but worth mentioning. Aside from that, everything else was smooth, and I would definitely consider staying here again. The positives definitely outweighed the minor concerns!

I stayed for 5 days 4 nights. The location in relation to work and my son’s school was very centralized. I chose it mostly for the great deal I booked at an online site. I gave it 3 stars for location because its lot location to enter the highway south on Jupiter is tricky due to high traffic. The hotel itself is older with seemingly recent upgrades. The room was clean and no smell. The front desk attendants friendly and informative. The included breakfast always a plus and served standard proteins and breads, cereals, waffles. Main complaint is the DARK front entry drive. The lack of light doesn’t make it inviting or feel safe. Parking in general is very limited and even more so lit parking is limited. Otherwise good experience and offered good amenities on the budget.

We used the gym which was very nice. The room was spacious, comfort bed & pillows, clean linen and towels. But the exit stairways and parking lot had a good amount of trash.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The people running the desk were friendly. There was also an indoor pool and hot tub and gym, but we didn’t use them. Overall, a very nice stay.

I want to shout out to the young, evening desk clerk. He was very professional and met our needs immediately. Housekeeping didn't do a great job, but this young man came to our room and took care of the situation. It can be a bit noisy, because like many of the other hotels along this strip, it's on the freeway and adjoining street. He did well in getting us a more quiet room. I wish I had gotten his name.

Stayed in Richardson, TX for family reunion. Clean hotel. They had free breakfast which was ok. Waffles were State of Texas shaped, that was cute. Room and immunities were adequate for our purpose. Beds were comfortable with lots of comfortable pillows.

We have stayed here twice in the last month. First time we had issues with our water getting hot in the shower but they quickly moved us to another room. They have an indoor pool and hot tub which is a must for me with kids and we loved it! Hot breakfast in the morning and the staff is always phenomenal! We were here for cheer competition both times. I was also able to get late checkout for one stay as our competition was later than usual. 10/10 recommend!!

Loved this place. We are traveling from Philly and this place was unbelievably affordable, clean and well stocked with everything a family need. Large TV, Microwave, Fridge, Large mirror and very good cleaning crew. Free breakfast was good but wish they had more fruit. Overall will recommend this place to anyone.
